Some of my clients have sensitivity about web access (I prefer to let Alpha Pros access directly). I would like to see all language in the Alpha Pros service agreement to be as specific as possible.
We are very careful with sensitive information. If the client is concerned with allowing website access, we would prefer to send the files for upload on their end.
