Shopify- How To Add A New User and provide access?

How To Add A New User (Shopify)

  1. Log into your admin panel and navigate to Settings > Account.

  2. Click on the Add a staff member button:

  3. Enter a first name, last name, and email address for the new staff member and click on Send invite: The new staff member will receive an email invitation to create an account and will be prompted to create a password.

  4. To limit a user permissions, select the user and click on Limit admin access and untick the options allowed for user admin access.

  5. Click on the Save button:

Provide access to the following permissions:

  1. Products

  2. Settings

  3. Themes

  4. Blog posts and pages

  5. Navigation

  6. Application

  7. Domains

  8. Dashboard

  9. Preferences, etc. if anything is missing we will let you know once we receive access.
