Conversations Now Available in the Alpha SEO Dashboard

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature designed to make campaign management and communication seamless: Conversations.

🔍 What Is “Conversations”?

Conversations is a built-in messaging tool that allows you to communicate directly with the Project Managers working on each of your client’s SEO campaigns,  all without leaving your dashboard.

No more hunting through long email threads or juggling multiple inboxes. Everything you need is now centralized and organized.

🧭 How to Access Conversations

1. From your Alpha SEO Dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu.

2. Under the Collaboration section, click on Conversations.

3. This will open a portal where you can view and reply to messages related to each project.
   
   

💬 How It Works

• Click on a conversation to open the side panel, where you can:
  
  

• View the entire conversation history.

• Type your response and send it directly to the Project Manager and other subscribers.

• Upload files, such as edited content or approvals.

• Download items to share with your clients if needed.

📂 Conversation Statuses

Each thread is labeled to help you easily identify what needs attention:

• Open → A conversation requires your response.

• Overdue → Our team reached out some time ago and is waiting for your reply.
  Responded → No action is required from your side.

⚙️ Sending Messages

When replying, you can choose who receives your response:

• Send to All Subscribers: Sends your reply to everyone involved in the project.

• Select Individuals: Use the gear icon next to the send button to choose specific recipients.
  

Messages will still be emailed to subscribers, but this new dashboard view provides a streamlined, centralized communication experience between your team and ours.
