πŸš€ How to Review & Edit Content in the Content Center

The Content Center gives Partners a simple way to review, edit, and approve SEO content directly within the platform.

Instead of sending emails back and forth for content changes, you can open the content associated with a client, make edits directly within the Content Center, and approve content when it's ready to move forward.

Here's how to get started:

1. Access the Content Center

Log in to your Partner Dashboard and open the appropriate client account. From the client account, navigate to the Content Center from the Collaboration tab. This is where you'll be able to view and manage content associated with that client.

Once inside the Content Center, you'll see the content available for that client.

2. Find the Content You Want to Review

From the Content Center, locate the content piece you'd like to review.

Depending on the client's campaign, you may see different types of content, including:
  • Website blogs
  • Google Business Profile (GBP) posts
  • On-page website content
Users can filter to view only Pending content. By default, all pending content will appear at the top, followed by approved content. The filters can be used to view specific content statuses.

3. Edit Existing Content

If you'd like to make changes, you do not need to send a separate email requesting a revision.

Open the content piece and select Edit.

Make your desired changes directly within the Content Center. This is the best place to make revisions so your edits remain connected to the correct client and content piece. When you're finished, submit your changes using the update button.

Editing the content directly is the easiest option. The Request Changes option is also available and two iterations of Request Changes are currently allowed.

What Happens After You Submit an Edit?

After your changes are submitted:

  • The content will be marked as Pending.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation letting you know that your edits were received.
  • Do not reply to the confirmation email with additional edits. Any further changes should be made directly from the Content Center tab.

4. Approve Content

If you've reviewed the content and everything looks good, you can approve it directly from the Content Center.

Open the content piece and select Approve.

Approving the content lets our team know the piece is ready to move forward.
